RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- To make your product change effective, the User must present proof of payment or the buyer's identification number.
- The user may only request changes up to 30 days after receiving the Product.
- The underwear has no change.
- Products with discounts have no change except for using the right of withdrawal.
- To request a change, you must send the change request within the first 30 business days of receiving the order to info@loopzu.com. Then, the user will coordinate the courier service to collect the requested Product instead.
- Once we receive the Product, the User will be informed via email if the change is appropriate since we reserve the right to accept changes and returns.
- If the change proceeds, the User may choose between the following options: change by product size or color, voucher charged for the value of the purchase to be redeemed online, or Money refund.
- Suppose you wish to exchange any of our products. In that case, you can do so as follows: in our Loopzu Bogotá store, presenting your purchase invoice or supporting documentation within thirty (30) days after making the purchase.
- Promotional or discounted garments have no change. These garments present these conditions: repaired, remanufactured, or discontinued; therefore, the legal guarantee will not be enforceable.
- The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
- The garment must be in good condition, clean, and with its original labels.
- Shipping costs to deliver the garment are borne by the customer.
Cancellations
- For purchases made at www.loopzu.com by credit card, debit card, or any electronic payment method and if it complies with the grounds stipulated in article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011, the reversal of payment within five (5) business days from the date you learned of (i) fraudulent or unsolicited operation (ii) you should have received the product or (iii) what you received is defective or not corresponding to what required.
- To request the reversal, the User must send the request to info@loopzu.com. In any of these cases, Loopzu will inform the User of the process within thirty (30) business days.
- Following the right of withdrawal enshrined in Article 47 of Law 1480 of the Consumer Statute, the maximum term to exercise this right is five (5) business days from the delivery of the Product.
- We will only assume the transport and other expenses that the withdrawal entails for the first change. The right of withdrawal will not apply to personalized Products.
- If all the conditions contemplated in Law 1480 of 2011 are met, the total amount paid will be returned without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.
- In case you want to exercise the withdrawal, the User must send the request within the first 5 business days after receiving the order to the email info@loopzu.com (this email is answered from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm), which the owner of the purchase must send.
- The User who exercises the withdrawal must return the Product in the same conditions they received it, and the transport provider will pick it up at the same place it was delivered. The Product must not have been used and must have the complete and original labels and packaging material.
- The products go through a quality process, and if the conditions are not met, Loopzu may not accept the right of withdrawal. Changes and returns are subject to inventory availability.
