Processing of Personal Data

Following these Terms of Use, the User is informed that the personal data they provide to Loopzu through the acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as all those that they provide in the future as a result of their association with Loopzu, will be incorporated into a database for which Loopzu will act as responsible and processor, and which will be subject to the processing provided for in our Privacy Policy.

• The purpose of the processing of personal data includes the following activities:

1. Maintenance, development, control, and execution of the professional relationship that, within the framework of the provision of services and sale of Products, the User maintains with Loopzu.
2. Communications with the User for information or marketing purposes.
3. Billing for the sale of Products

• The User may exercise the rights to know, update, rectify, and request the deletion of their data following the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
• Through this, the User is informed and expressly and voluntarily authorizes Loopzu to process their data so that Loopzu can use them for the above purposes.
